As we are in the initial stages of incorporation, we are currently focused on securing the necessary financial resources to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of our nonprofit. Our goal is to provide impactful programs and support to our community, and we are committed to delivering these services once our fundraising objectives have been successfully met. ​While we are officially incorporated in Virginia and have secured a Federal EIN, our 501c3 application is still in progress. Once approved, our tax-exempt status will be retroactive to our date of incorporation—December 2024—and all donations made on or after that date will be tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law, in accordance with IRS regulations.
